3M 260L Hookit Discs

These discs are constructed of a high performance, aluminum oxide mineral bonded to a smooth film backing. Cuts fast, lasts long, resists loading and leaves a consistent finish. Primarily used for scuff sanding before painting, as well as to remove runs, dust, nibs and excess orange peel from paint and gelcoat prior to compounding.

3M Softback Sanding Sponges

An innovation in coated abrasives for hand sanding applications. Mirka Gold Discs - 15 Hole

Gold Soft is a new sanding disc, with optimal foam thickness. The semi-open grain coating gives a less dust clogging and better cutting performance. The soft backing gives an excellent paint finish. A softer disc edge eliminates damages on profile sanding. Gold Soft P320 is perfect for sanding E-coat on replacement metal parts for automotive refinishing, P500 is suitable for primer sanding applications, and P800 for matting clear coats.

Mirka Mirlon Rolls

Mirlon is a flexible, three-dimensional fibre sanding material that provides an excellent surface finish.
Due to its special structure, Mirlon is easy to use on profiled surfaces and creates an excellent base for the next lacquer layer. Mirlon is available in four different coarse grits.

■ General Purpose (320) is a universal sanding material

■ Very Fine (360) is recommended for 
      - primary sanding of new sheet parts and old
         lacquer layers
      - sanding of blendings before applying the primer

■ Ultra Fine (1500) and Micro Fine (2000) are suitable for 
     - preparation of lacquered surfaces
     - fading

Mirka Mirlon Pads

The new technology makes Mirlon Total extremely aggressive, although it is thinner, more open and flexible than its forerunner. The reinforced fibres make Mirlon Total both strong and durable. The dense scratch pattern makes the tension on the sanding surface smaller, optimising the painting result.
